   1. How much do you charge for your logoplus Package?

            A $200 Fee is Charged for our package including shipping.

      2.  Is there an additional charge for a multi colored -------------   Are there any hidden charges at all?

        The quality of our designs are high. This design package is multi colored the                                ____                  amount of colors used is is a matter of the customer choice. So There is no additional Charges

    3.  How long does it take for you to design my logos?

         We can deliver the first design for you the latest within 72 hours of your order via e-mail. If We
                are not so busy we can deliver within 12 hours.

      4.   What if I'm not satisfied with the draft presented?

         Just send us a reply of the email we sent you with the draft ensure to include your comments on ----------------      the design state what you are not satisfied with and state the changes you would like to see.

   5.   What  file formats are the logo design given in ?

         The Final files that are contained in the logo plus package CD are CDR, GIF, JPG, TIFF, PSD, & ______     DOC,

     6.   How will I receive the logo design? Can you deliver     ------  on a CD?

         The final design with all other additional files will be shipped to you on CD, to the address you  _                   provided in the order form.

     7.   Do you do business cards & letterhead design?

            Yes! included in this package is one business card and Letterhead design.
 

    8.   Where can I use your logo design?
          

                     You can use your logo design a variety of items. e.g. Your business sign, letterheads, business --------                cards, T-shirts, coffee mugs, pens, key rings, labels etc. 

   9.    Can I use my logo instantly?
            Certainly! as soon as you receive your CD with designs you can begin making use of it whether it _                  be on your web site, advertising, print etc.

   10. During the design process, how will I be able to view -            the designs in progress?

            Designs in progress will be delivered to you via email you provided.

              On the order form there is the description box for you to explain what type of design you are - ---------                 interested in.

           The order page has the credit card option for payment as well as the money order option for-                   customers who wish to. The money order option has all the detail you need to order this way.

              No! we cater for customers from around the world and, we will deliver to any nation or territory.

    14. Who owns the copyright of the logo design?

            The logo design is the property of the customer. We do not own the design since we are paid to -                     create it. however we keep your designs in sample files strictly for our portfolio.
 

    15. Do you keep the logo design on your backup system, -          say if my computer crashes will you still have my -           logo? 

            We keep a backup of your logo design in our portfolio. incase a customer may need to have       -                   another copy an applicable fee will be charged. however we are not obligated to provide a----------                   backup after verifying the customer has received the final CD with files
