TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. THE DESIGN PROCESS: Logoplus will begin the design process upon sending an order confirmation to the client. The confirmation will be sent by email within 24 hours after the order, thus assigning a designer and confirming the immediate start of the project.
2. The order will be confirmed only after receipt of the completed order form and authorization of the client’s credit card.
3. The initial logo ideas will be presented to the client via email within 72 hours of start.
4. After receiving the client’s feedback from the initial ideas, Logoplus will proceed to the refinement stage or will produce additional logo concepts.
5. The results of each revision phase or additional logo concepts will be presented to the client within 48 hours after the client’s feedback for each phase.
6. Once the logo has been approved by the client, Logoplus will proceed to the delivery phase. The final files will be delivered to the client on CD within 72 hours of the client’s approval via international currier.
7. CONCERNING TRADEMARKS AND SERVIC EMARKS: Logoplus expects the client to perform research on their company’s name to be sure the name is not already in use and securing a trademark or service mark to protect the client’s legal rights to any name or image.
8. Logoplus is not and will not be held responsible for any action that may result from improper due diligence on the availability of a company name or image.
9. OWNERSHIP/COPYRIGHTS: Ownership (Copyright and Title) of final artwork become the property of the client, having unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free use of the image upon payment of all fees.
10. Logoplus retains the rights to display the artwork in portfolio and advertising materials.
11. All concepts, drafts, comprehensives, or other preliminary artwork , which are not selected by the client or are not included into the final delivery, remains the full property of Logoplus.
